Whitelabs California Ale (WPL001)

Wort Notes:

(1)Pint. Slurry
3 gallons of mash water  - Mash for 1.5 hours @ 155-160.
Collected 7 gallons
1 hour boil.  About 6 gallons after boil.

OG: 1.052 @ 70 degrees
FG: 1.018

Primary Fermentation:  7 Days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 Days

Primed with 1 cup of DME
