   1oz. Chinook (Boiling) (AAU 12.5%)  ** Added @ 60
   1oz. N. Brewer (Flavor) (AAU 7.7%)  ** Added @ 30
   1oz Cascade  (Flavor) (AAU 5.0%)  ** Added @ 45
   1oz Cascade (Flavor) (AAU 5.0%)  ** Added @ 55
   1oz. Cascade (Dry Hop) (AAU 6.5%)  ** Secondary - Leaf Hops!!!
  Yeast
   Whitelabs California Ale Yeast (WLP001)

  Wort Notes:

  No starter.
  3 gallons of mash water
  Mash for 20 minutes at 140.
  Mash for 3  hours between 155-158.
  Collected 6 gallons of wort.
  1 hour boil.

  OG: 1.060 @ 68 degrees
  FG: 1.016

  Primary Fermentation:  1 Week
  Secondary Fermentation: 1 Week

  Primed with 1 cup of DME (smaller bubbles than corn sugar)
