Notes
In 2 gal. cold water place grains (in grain bag) and quickly raise temperature to 190 deg.Remove grain bag and add malt extract and bittering hops.Boil for 10 minutes. Add Saaz hops and boil 15 minutes more. Cool and rack to primary. Add ground coriander and pitch yeast when temperature is about 78 deg. After 2 weeks in primary rack to secondary for another 2 weeks then bottle. Use 1.25 cups corn sugar for bottling Condition for a minimum of 4 weeks.
